Elderberry wine has long been considered a folk medicine cold/flu remedy. But now science has stepped.
An isolated Elderberry based dietary supplement, this recent product from Israel is said to be an herbal anti-viral and preventative. According to the company, the doctor of virology who developed Sambucol, tested it during a bad Israeli flu epidemic with remarkable results.
We've read medical opinions, research, and how it’s even being researched for use against HIV, herpes, and other viruses.
There is a new "immune system" formula that also contains Zinc and Echinacea along with the elderberry extract. We have personally used it for 4 years now, with great success. We always keep extra bottles on hand. Tastes great too!
