These devices are used professionally for treatment of injuries and pain, by M.D.'s, D.C.'s (chiropractic doctors), PT's (physical therapists), Sports medicine M.D.'s, and we've heard they're also now being used by cosmetic surgeons for post op wound/scar reduction treatment.

If you need or want treatment, the company can refer you to a doctor or chiropractor who uses one. If you need or want to own one, your family doctor can write you a prescription, and you need some training.

The device is also being used for the most sophisticated form of electro-acupuncture in Japan.  Earclips are being used for the brain, and as a sort of electronic meditation/relaxation/stress reduction. We've personally seen amazing results with these devices time and time again.  And it's painless. No needles, no shock. Just a a tingling sensation.

It's a very complicated, sophisticated, computerized device, so it's workings are way above the heads of most people (including me!) who don't have degrees in this sort of thing.  So here's a simplified version of what we were told. It works with minute, subtle energy or electrical forces that are on the same level and strength as the bodies own energy system. Electrolyte is applied to the area of treatment, then round metal probes are simply touched to the area.   It then measures the condition of what you are working on, and sends out a phase cancellation signal if it finds negative readings.  Then it sends out positive, healthy energies.  We were told it uses something called a variable waveform, so that it can match different signals for different body electrical signatures.  It has controls for frequency, intensity, length of treatment, and polarity.  Gauges indicate certain parameters of treatment, and energy flow.
