These aren’t run of the mill meditation music recordings.  First, all the recordings were made by monks.  And the instruments are all played by spiritually enlightened (and not so enlightened) monks.

Next, some of the meditation music was recorded using Tibetan quartz crystal bowls, others with the power of the traditional didgeridoo – the ancient vibrational tool of Australian aborigines.

Some of the meditation music was recorded on-site, at a monastery.
